Farway Primary School is a Church of England Voluntary Aided co-educational school for children aged 5-11 years. The school consists of an original stone building constructed in 1835, an extension built in 1957. The grounds are attractive, being surrounded by wonderful open countryside, which provides a natural resource for learning. The children take part in a daily act of collective worship at which its aim to encourage them to develop their own beliefs and values. It also arranges sporting fixtures and participates in local events. The children have the opportunity to learn to play recorders in school during school time. It can also arrange private music tuition. The school is a welcoming and happy place where children can learn in a secure and stimulating environment.
